The Annual Meeting of the Membership will be on Saturday August 30, 2025 the meeting will be held at 920 Black Creek Drive, Copperopolis at 11:30 AM.
As Copper Cove Association usually does not reach quorum (25%) at the first meeting, an adjourned meeting date of September 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM has been set.
The Inspector of Election will not be present at the August 30, 2025 meeting even if quorum is reached.
Your participation is crucial for the association to conduct its business. Members who have already submitted ballots do not need to resubmit them. If you have not yet voted, please consider doing so to help the association reach a quorum at the rescheduling date.
The deadline for the receipt of mailed ballots is no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on September 18, 2025. You may also request a confirmation of receipt of your ballot via email to info@ballotboxservices.com.
