The annual meeting of the membership will be held on September 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM located at 920 Black Creek Dr., Copperopolis Ca.
If you have not sent in your ballot please do so. Returned ballots must be received in the envelopes provided by the inspector by mail, or certified delivery. The deadline for the receipt of mailed ballots is no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on September 18, 2025.
The Inspector of Election will be present via virtual platform only. Members in attendance will be able to view the virtual platform and witness the ballot tabulation. All ballots must be returned as instructed. Ballots will not be accepted at the physical location.
