Black Creek Park volunteers have been composting wood chips and horse manure for a number of years. After using this compost for the numerous tree plantings at the park over the past decade, there is some surplus compost that we would like to make available to Copper Cove residents.
This effort is a pilot project to learn how much interest there is in this compost and how to fairly share it among interested residents.
