Calaveras County has changed the speed limit signs on Little John Road north of Copper Cove Drive. A speed monitoring trailer will be installed and the California Highway Patrol is initiating enforcement.
The sign changes on Little John Road are:
(1) The “END 45 MPH” sign has been removed and “SPEED LIMIT 45MPH” sign was installed on existing post along southbound Little John north of Quiver.
(2) “END 45 MPH” sign was installed on a new post along southbound Little John south of Copper Cove.
(3) A “45 MPH” sign has been installed on Little John in the northbound direction north of Copper Cove.
