The upcoming Open Board Meeting will include discussion of the  Kiva Launch Ramp Committee, as well as opportunities to add amenities to Black Creek Park that will enhance the experience for the Copper Cove community.

The Board will also discuss needed repairs and improvements to existing amenities at the Kiva. These discussions will provide an opportunity to review current needs, consider potential improvements, and determine appropriate next steps to maintain and enhance these facilities for public use.

]]> 2026 Annual Meeting https://www.coppercove.org/copper-cove-owners-association/2026-annual-meeting/ Thu, 20 Aug 2026 00:03:55 +0000 https://www.coppercove.org/?p=27598 As Copper Cove Association doesn’t usually reach quorum which is 25% of the membership at the first meeting, an adjournment date will be September 19, 2026 at 10:30 AM, at which time the quorum voting power is reduced to 15%. The Inspector of Election will be present via Zoom on September 19, 2026.

When entering Zoom, Members are required to show lot number to enter the meeting.

Rich Martin will have a short educational presentation covering home hardening and Firewise insurance discounts, understanding FAIR Plan, defensible space requirements and Firewise community updates.

Troy Vickers with Phi Cares will have a presentation in regards to affordable protection against air medical expenses.
